We ship our products using expedited shipping services provided by the Slovenian Post. In order to calculate the costs based on region we use different weight-based shipping rates.
We ship worldwide. Please choose the rate that applies to the product you are ordering upon checkout.
If ordering more products at once, please select the “bulk order” shipping rate.
All items shall be shipped within 1-3 work days from the time your order has been placed. All products shall be packed well and securely in either boxes or envelopes.
We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped. Orders in Europe are expected to arrive within 3~12 days, and order to USA and Asia within 10~28 days from the date of purchase.
We are not responsible for any hold-ups or longer waiting times that occur after we have shipped your products, caused by third parties or unprecedented circumstances.
Refund and returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and are non-refundable, such as the Mirror Energy Device treatments, Personal Karmic Tree Analysis and Karmic Energy Paintings.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is permitted to opt out of the purchase and receive a full refund for both the product and shipping costs before their order has been shipped (usually within 1-3 working days, but never later than that).
If the customer is unsatisfied with the product, they can inform us and return it at their own cost within 7 days upon receiving it.
The customer shall be reimbursed once we have received the returned product in its original state, i.e. without any damage to the product.
The reimbursement in this case will always cover the cost of the product only, and never our own shipping costs.
If the returned product is damaged in any way by the customer, the customer loses the right to reimbursement.
Please bear in mind that your order might be subject to import customs, depending on the import tax laws of your country. The seller is not responsible for these potential additional costs, and we are obliged by law to provide you and the tax authorities in your state with a truthful invoice stating the correct value of the items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if it is clear that the customer did not inflict the damage on the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
